I use Worth brown strings.Flawless workmanship. My favourite soprano ukulele.
Burswood Classic
PROS
  • Very cheap to buy
  • Geared tuners
CONS
  • Bright red colour
  • Badly made
  • All laminate body
  • Can't be tuned
  • Horrible sound

I bought this from a bargain store for about £6. This particular one was not worth it.

 Bruko no.6
 PROS
  • Sturdily built
  • Solid woods
  • Elegant design
  • Well put together
  • Easy to play
  • Low price
CONS

Very reasonably priced for a European made solid wood instrument (even with a weak pound).
 Ohana SK-50WG
 PROS
  • Smooth, mellow sound
  • Looks great

This is a very good-looking, interesting ukulele with a great velvety tone. Some might not like the bridge (I do).
